Our story

A trusted name in Chhattisgarh real estate

Abhinav Builders stands on a foundation laid over decades by some of the most respected entrepreneurs in Chhattisgarh. That foundation, and a management team that works on every project personally, has made us one of the trusted names in Raipur's property market.

Our landmark project, Abhinav Sky in Mowa, is complete and fully sold. It earned us the trust of many families in Raipur, and that trust shaped what came next: Abhinav City, a gated township of more than 15 acres beside Indira Smriti Van, with a private clubhouse at its heart.

    One of the pioneering women of Chhattisgarh’s real estate industry, Muktamani Agrawal has been at the heart of Abhinav Builders’ journey.

    As the first woman real estate entrepreneur of Chhattisgarh, she challenged conventions in an industry traditionally dominated by men and brought a distinctive perspective to the business of creating spaces.

    Her vision extends beyond buildings and square feet. She believes that exceptional real estate begins with understanding people—their aspirations, their lifestyles and the way spaces influence everyday living.

    This philosophy has shaped Abhinav Builders’ emphasis on thoughtful design, functionality, quality, attention to detail and long-term value.
