Abhinav Builders ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
- Enquiries and site visit requests: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give it), the project you are interested in, your budget range, preferred visit date and any message you write.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, the role you are applying for, your experience, current city and the resume you upload.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted a form from, and the advertisement or link that brought you to the website, where available.
- Visits to the website: the pages you open, the website or search engine that brought you here, the type of device and browser you use, your IP address and the approximate city and state it belongs to. The area is looked up on our own server from a public database of internet addresses; we do not use your device's location. Your browser keeps a random number, with no name or contact details, so that two pages you open are counted as one visitor.
We only collect information that you choose to give us through a form, plus the technical and visit information above. Visit information is not linked to your name unless you also send us an enquiry.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, share project details and arrange site visits.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the project you asked about.
- To assess job applications.
- To count visitors, understand which pages, areas and campaigns are useful, and protect the website from misuse.
We use your information only for the purpose for which you gave it, and only after you have given your consent on the form.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is seen by our own sales and administration staff. We may share it with service providers who help us run this website, send messages or host our data, who may use it only on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires us to.
Cookies and embedded content
This website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not send your visits to any outside analytics company. The random visitor number described above is kept in your browser's storage; clearing your browsing data removes it. Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps, and videos are played from YouTube or Facebook only when you press play. Those services may set their own cookies, which are governed by their privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application records for as long as they are needed for the purpose you gave them for, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete them. Records of visits to the website are deleted automatically after 13 months.
Security
Access to enquiry records is limited to authorised staff, each with their own login, and every change is logged. Resumes are stored privately and cannot be opened by a public link. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it; or
- stop contacting you, by withdrawing the consent you gave.
Withdrawing consent is as simple as telling us by phone or email. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
